AMSKB0007: Hotfix for AMS 1.2-
Hotfix for AMS 1.2 available per request. The following issues are resolved:
- SQL Injection attacks
- Problems related to date format
- LDAP - synchronization via Webclient
- LDAP - import of SMS numbers(+ --> 00)
- Double entries in duty roster
- Viewing work schedules for past
- AMSKB0006: Mail Alerting

Email alerting is supported by using SMTP Server (port 25). To acknowledge alerts by email replies, you need to configure a POP account (port 110) to be used by the AMS AlertManager service. The connection can be encrypted.
MAPI for MS Exchange or Lotus Domino clients are not supported.
- AMSKB0005: Virtualization support

VMWare and Virtual Server are supported, if Antares serial server and serial port emulation is used (AMS-SER-H).
Be careful: If Antares serial server is implemented, please use a crossover cable or an extra switch for connecting the AMS server and the serial server. Otherwise you do not have an outband management solution.
- AMSKB0004: Multilingual environment?

It is not supported to install AMS in a multilingual environment. This means that it is not supported if you using a German operating system with an English SQL server or vice versa.
- AMSKB0003: Error "http 404 file not found"

If the web console does not start after installation of ams and instead the error “http 404 file not found” is displayed in the browser, please go to “add/remove windows components” and select under “application server” ASP.NET in order to install.
- AMSKB0002: Warning "Microsoft IIS not installed"

Issue:
Even if you only want to install components that do not require Microsoft IIS you get an error message that the IIS isn’t installed on the System.
Solution:
Just click on the ignore button – setup will continue.
- AMSKB0001: Supported Modems?

The modem, that can be used, ist the one included int the AMS package. The modem must be connected via serial interface. If you use Virtualization, please see "AMSKB0005: Virutalization"
USB to serial adapters are not supported.
